RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date, please contact us at info@watchnytrends.com or 1-631-968-5313. We will then either issue you a replacement item or a refund, upon receipt of the original item. The original product must be returned and must be in brand new, re-sellable condition. Please report damaged products within a timely manner (5 days) so that we may proceed with the proper action. All refunds are posted as soon as the product arrives back to Watch NY Trends. Refund transactions may take 3-10 business days to post to your account. All returns must be authorized by a Watch NY Trends staff member. GUARANTEE POLICY: All items are guaranteed for one year. Normal wear and tear on an item is not included in our guarantee and will be subject to review. Watch batteries are not guaranteed. SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped via USPS. Orders being sent outside of the Continental United States will be charged a surcharge of $10.00.
We Can Help with Your Gift Shopping: We can help you with your gift shopping by shipping your order to a different address. During the checkout process, put the name and address of the recipient in the Comment Box. If you'd like us to include a card, please supply that information in the Comment Box as well. Remember to include the occasion or anything you'd like the card to say. We also offer gift wrapping, just check the box when ordering an item. TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: We accept credit cards via PayPal, checks, money orders and CODs. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Susan Francine Inc.
